Bailey Ann Olson is a Client Assistant at Baird who supports Mario Perez and Mia Hershiser by managing client documents, requests, administrative tasks, and maintaining client records, all in a timely manner. With four years of experience in construction, Bailey holds a high school diploma earned in 2022, graduating with honors and a 4.02 GPA. Bailey is currently studying for the SIE and is working towards her Series 7 license. Bailey enjoys reading, spending time near water, and being with family, and lives by the personal motto from Isaiah 43:19, “Never lose hope. Just when you think it’s over, God will make a way for you.”
